Everything you will likely need when you first arrive, bundled into one fixed price package to establish your day to day life in Japan.
Note: Additional costs may apply for Tats’s travel, and in some cases accommodation or other out of pocket expenses.
Before you sign the contract, Tats will calculate the expected costs and share them with you.
What is included for a fixed price:
- Visa support
- Airport pickup
- Resident registration and address update on the Residence Card with in person support
- National health insurance enrollment and My Number setup
- Bank account opening support
- Mobile phone contract support
- Rental housing support with interpretation at the real estate agency
- Utilities setup for electricity, gas, and water
- Accompanied shopping for furniture and appliances
Visa support is coordination and guidance.
Formal applications are handled by your club and by licensed professionals as required.
The package can be adjusted beyond what’s listed above.

How to Get Started
Fill out the application form.
For returning clients, or if you already use the Subscription and have filled the form before, you can skip the form and text Tats directly on WhatsApp.
Tats will message you on WhatsApp at the number you entered. We will confirm the scope and schedule by text.
You will receive a contract for electronic signature. Sign and send it back.
