On-Site Support Plan
¥40,000 per visit
Get any item from the Life Setup Package, or other in person help, on demand. Here are a few examples. Ask if you need something else.
Note: Additional costs may apply for Tats’s travel, and in some cases accommodation or other out of pocket expenses.
Before you sign the contract, Tats will calculate the expected costs and share them with you.
- Any of the supports included in the Life Setup Package individually
- Driver’s license conversion support
- Accompanied shopping.
- Interpretation for parent–teacher meetings at daycares and schools
- Interpretation for any meetings you need
- Accompaniment to city hall and public offices
- Accompaniment to doctors, dentists, and pharmacies
- Accompaniment for your travel within Japan
- A neighborhood tour of cafes and shops with Tats
- Any other occasions where you need Tats’s support
- Feeling a bit lonely and keen for a beer? If you shout, Tats will be there🍺
Please note that Tats can also provide On-Site Support when you do not need interpreting and simply want an extra pair of hands.

How to Get Started
Fill out the application form.
For returning clients, or if you already use the Subscription and have filled the form before, you can skip the form and text Tats directly on WhatsApp.
Tats will message you on WhatsApp at the number you entered. We will confirm the scope and schedule by text.
You will receive a contract for electronic signature. Sign and send it back.
